

How I got here
I’m Alex Bergstresser, founder of Truebridge Consulting. My background comes from real operational work, not just theory. I’ve worked inside real businesses where I had to solve problems under real pressure, improve systems, support teams, create more accountability, and help the business run better behind the scenes.
I’ve worked deeply in areas like scheduling, workflow, customer service, sales, hiring, training, SOP development, performance management, and financial clarity. I’ve also helped build grooming businesses from one groomer up to 20+ employees, which gave me a firsthand understanding of how growth can create operational strain if the structure underneath it is not strong enough.
What I believe
I believe most operational problems are not random. They usually come from unclear systems, weak follow-through, missing structure, inconsistent communication, or too much still sitting on the owner’s shoulders.
I also believe good support should be practical, clear, and useful. It should help business owners make better decisions, strengthen the operation, and move forward with more confidence and less confusion.
My White Glove Standard
I also believe professionalism should be felt in the day-to-day experience of the business. That means how customers are spoken to, how complaints are handled, how employees are treated, and how consistently the business follows through when something matters.
Who I work best with
I work best with grooming and pet service businesses that want real operational improvement, are willing to look honestly at what is not working, and are serious about building a business that relies less on constant owner rescue.
